    Unexpected flip flop drama

    The resort has a fine area. We loved spacious rooms, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The pools were refreshing and nicely maintained!

    We faced issues with housekeeping. Room cleaning was inconsistent, and we missed fresh towels for days. Returning the complimentary flip flops was puzzling.

    The rooms are high-class and well-appointed for 2 bedrooms and the staff are excellent. The location is good and absolutely perfect with free parking available on site.

    The room was well-equipped and come with a couch and a lounge. The staff were genuinely helpful and kept the place fairly clean. The location was magnificent and perfect, on the lagoon, in the very nice area.

    The staff - some of them were absolutely unfriendly.

    The whole place was clean and the staff were nice and courteous. The hotel had a great and stunning location in the middle of Bang Tao Beach. The rooms were spotless and new-fashioned with a nice view.

    Spacious, modern rooms! The location is fantastic, near the beach with a lovely lagoon view and really good staff hospitality.

    Shuttle service delays caused inconvenience in accessing nearby amenities. Room cleaning schedule could be clearer-no towels replaced for days.

    The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast staff were excellent and attentive. The small swimming pools were perfect for our kids to play in comfortably.

    The location near Bang Tao Beach is fantastic. I loved the spacious layout of the Two-Bedroom Suite, perfect for my family. Having a kitchen was a game-changer. We cooked several meals and really appreciated the utensils provided. The staff greeted us warmly each day. The infinity pool area was a hit with the kids, and the nearby beach was fine. Noise became an issue, especially late at night when people congregated outside my room. Breakfast could definitely use improvement. It didn't have enough variety and felt a bit lackluster, especially compared to other options nearby. I wish I could have gotten some more housekeeping services as well, as we ran out of towels and drinking water during our four-night stay. The whole area is well-maintained, but there were times when the lack of sunbeds at the pool made it difficult to relax. My family and I enjoyed our stay, but these areas need attention for future visits.

    The main infinity pool and kids' playground were highlights. Friendly drivers showed us local markets and vibrant nightlife. Just a heads up, the a/c could be cooler, but overall, it was a fantastic trip and perfect for our group getaway.

    We experienced some noise outside our room late at night, which disrupted our sleep.
